Bootcamp stuck downloading windows support software

Thank you that helped me get pass the downloading screen however i've come across a new problem. When I click install, it says the installer says disc could not be found. Any help on this? I can't find where to open the USB drive. It is as if it is not even in the computer. To install the Windows support software, open Windows Explorer and choose Computer in the sidebar. You will find the USB drive listed, so double-click it and run the installer.

Replug the USB drive. Do you see it now? If not, simply open Internet Explorer and download the Windows support software from one of the link I gave. I tried repluging the USB drive multiple times however it still does not come up.

When I try to open internet explorer it says I can't connect to the internet because I do not have the correct drivers. I'm having the same issue in Mojave. The fix is quite laborious; doing yourself the partitions, downloading software directly from the apple website, doing your own usb drive thing, etc. Install the latest macOS updates, which can include updates to Boot Camp. Download the latest edition of Windows 10 from Microsoft's website.

Then use Boot Camp Assistant to install it. Viewed 29k times. Unticking the option is grayed out unfortunately.
