Isn't good news? I have a Nikon S digital camera in blue and i recently bought a Sandisk 8 gb card for it and before i had a 4 gb card, as well a Sandisk. My 4 gb card worked fine and recorded videos but my 8 gb card does take pictures but its a bit slow and it will start to record video but after ten seconds or so it will say that this card cannot be read.
Any help to what settings i need to change or is this the wrong card? Thank you. Sandisc makes cards in various speeds or "classes". For videos, it's best to use a class 6 or better card.
Sounds like your new 8GB card is a class 4 or lower. Nikon Coolpix S Digital Camera.
